Toro Launches RXC Controller and Oasis™ Irrigation Management Software
New pairing simplifies setup, handoff and remote management for landscape contractors
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (June 9, 2026) — Toro has introduced the RXC controller, a residential irrigation system controller that pairs with new Toro® Oasis™ software to streamline setup, handoff and remote management for landscape contractors and homeowners. RXC can operate as a traditional controller, or contractors can install an optional Wi-Fi module to connect the controller to Oasis for enhanced control on desktop or mobile devices.
Designed with contractor workflows in mind, the RXC controller and Oasis pairing features a setup wizard that provides step-by-step instructions for connecting to Wi-Fi, onboarding hardware and programming irrigation schedules. Spatial mapping tools also provide an aerial view of the property, allowing contractors to turn zones on or off directly from the map view for troubleshooting and maintenance.
As part of the setup process, contractors can add clients to Oasis without waiting for homeowners to set up a profile, enabling a faster, more seamless handoff. Once access is granted, homeowners can view and adjust irrigation schedules and invite family members through the Oasis mobile app.
Together, the RXC controller and Oasis software provide advanced client management capabilities. Contractors can manage all their clients and perform global actions, such as placing multiple RXC controllers in Rain Delay from a single interface on desktop or mobile devices. Real-time alerts and notifications help contractors troubleshoot issues remotely and prioritize service schedules.
The RXC controller features a modular platform that starts with a six-station base and expands in four-station increments up to 22 stations, allowing systems to scale as property needs change. When connected to Oasis, the RXC controller is EPA WaterSense® compliant, automatically optimizing runtimes year-round. Additional smart features include seasonal adjustment functionality and grow-in programs — all designed to conserve water while maintaining healthy, vibrant landscapes.
When paired with Toro or Irritrol® flow sensors, the RXC controller also offers advanced flow monitoring. The controller learns normal valve flow patterns to detect overflow or underflow conditions, automatically shutting off irrigation and sending alerts to prevent water waste or landscape damage.
“We’re thrilled to introduce the RXC controller and Oasis software to help contractors work smarter and more efficiently,” said Adam Setzler, marketing director at Toro. “Together, they simplify installation while giving contractors the tools to deliver proactive, long-term service and support.”
The indoor/outdoor RXC unit features an intuitive user interface with a backlit display, multilanguage support and dial-based navigation. During Wi-Fi outages, the RXC controller continues operating reliably, storing schedules in backup memory to ensure uninterrupted irrigation.
Backed by a five-year limited warranty, the RXC controller is engineered for long-term durability and dependable operation in a wide range of conditions. The RXC controller is available through Toro distributors with or without the optional Wi-Fi module, which is required to connect the controller to Oasis software. The Wi-Fi module can also be purchased separately.
